For standard 100kg+ general cargo we reply within 2 working hours during business hours (Shenzhen time, GMT+8, Monday–Saturday). For battery, oversize or multi-pallet DG shipments, we may take a little longer while we confirm airline capacity and the correct DG routing — usually still the same day. If your cargo is urgent, mention it in the notes and we will fast-track it. All quoted rates and transit times are indicative and confirmed at booking, based on final weight, density, season and fuel.
