Service Questions
Do you accept small parcels under 100kg?
Yes. Our focus is bulk 100kg+ cargo, but smaller shipments are still welcome — either consolidated onto our bulk lanes or via express courier for urgent lightweight parcels.
Can you ship to any address in Ukraine, Poland or the UK?
Yes — door-to-door delivery covers business and residential addresses in all three countries. Major cities are served daily; remote areas are covered by our ground partners with a small surcharge in some cases.
