The honest, practical answer: most commercial goods are welcome on our lanes to Ukraine, Poland and the UK — some fly as general cargo, some need compliant documentation, and a few items we simply never accept.
These move on standard air freight bookings with no special paperwork beyond the usual invoice, packing list and AWB.
Textiles, apparel & caps LED screens & displays TVs & monitors Furniture & home goods Hardware, fittings & tools Auto parts & machinery PET packaging boxes Bags & backpacks Shelf-stable packaged food
Real shipments we move weekly: LED displays and accessories, PA/PE co-extruded film, UV flatbed printers, action cameras and aluminium profiles — all classified as general or standard cargo.
These are not prohibited, but they need correct classification, compliant packaging and DG documentation before they fly. We handle them — never undeclared.

These are hard limits. We never accept them on any lane, no exceptions — trying to ship them puts every other consignment on the flight at risk.
We also reserve the right to decline cargo we cannot safely classify or insure. Clearance rules by country: see the customs clearance guide.
Unsure? Do not guess — one email avoids a refused shipment. Here is exactly what to send us.
Product name, what it is made of, and what it does. Photos help a lot.
If it has a battery, state the type (lithium-ion, lead-acid) and capacity, or whether it contains liquid or magnets.
We check it against IATA DGR and destination import rules and reply: yes, conditionally (with which documents), or no — before you book or pay.
Send us the product details — we will tell you honestly whether it ships, and what paperwork it needs.
