Crating
Heavy Cargo & Crating
A loose machine on a pallet is a liability on the ULD. We build the packaging so the ramp crew can move it without drama.
Stainless steel tubes, glass fittings and fasteners are often delivered in mixed, irregular cartons; our warehouse sorts them, bags small parts, and re-boxes everything into stable pallet loads so the total weight is concentrated rather than scattered. Industrial sewing machines are a regular shipment for us — each unit is crated with the handwheel and needle bar locked, the belt removed and bagged, and the crate bolted to a pallet frame. For pieces over roughly 500 kg we check the aircraft nose-door and payload limits and, when needed, book freighter capacity rather than a passenger-combi flight.
